The way it is worded makes most to believe the sauce is 6,000,000 Scoville units.
THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! One of the ingredients uses 6,000,000, but
the final product tests out as 600,000. It is still VERY HOT, but please do not let yourself to be misled... - McBride

Your Review:: I was at fire house subs with my friends, and i tried a drop on my sub, it was very very hot. The employees tell me to pour some onto a napkin and hit my friend in the face. so i pour about 2 tablespoons onto a napkin and hit him in the face, he started puking in the bathroom for bout 10 minutes, when he is finally done, he comes out and i hit him again. i felt pretty bad when he was almost crying from it, so to make him feel better i rub it on my face. at first i thought it was nothing. 5 minutes later im on the parking lot, face down screaming. they almost called the fire department. this sauce is not f...ing around! plus i brought it to school to get other people to try it, one kid put a drop on his finger and was sweating and his face was red for 2 hours. one of my other friends got some on his hand to try it, thought he got it off, and when he went to pee, it was still on his hand when he grabbed his d..k. he was in serious pain. oh and a word of advice, WATER MAKES IT WORSE! - alex

Your Review:: while at a party, my friend brought it out. I had tryed more then most ppl and knew it would kill some1...but also knew u'd get a kick out of watch'n some1 eat it un- aware. I put it on a friends foot and he didn't touch his food again. but it was a very small amount and with food so it was better.

i have a spoon full..note: a SPOON FULL. not the small amounts that have been knocking ppl out..but a SPOON FULL of this hot sauce...the normal spoons..not that gay little 1 on the bottle. - bing2kewl4u

Your Review:: I've been eating Dave's insanity for years thinking it was the hottest stuff going. Imagine my glee when I decided to search the web and found all these wondrous concoctions! I tried all the super hot extracts except the source and 6am which I own but is to expensive to open LOL. To be honest I just don't see all the hype. I'm sure the stuff is great cooked into food but straight out of the bottle I was less than impressed with all of them including dabomb tfa and blair 3AM. Sure they are all really hot but by reading the reviews here you would think they were all made of sulfuric acid or something! I thought Satan's blood was about the hottest rite off a tooth pick but 357 is my absolute favorite! For flavor and heat rite out of the bottle and onto your food you just can not beat this stuff! Only trouble is I'm getting fat because I'm always looking for something to eat with it now! :) - Dr.Critter

Your Review:: This is a pretty good tasting sauce considering the heat intensity. It is defintely not a medium sauce as someone on here rated it. It is very hot and probably used as an additive... At least thats how I use it, especially when I am making a batch of wings.I would rate this even as Blair's Mega Death but probably a better taste. It's defintely no way near as raunchy as Dave's Ultimate Insanity What is good about this sauce is that all you need to do is add about 1 tspn to a batch of wings and they come out blistering!!! - Nick P.

Your Review:: It DOES have flavour, and it's about as hot as I can stand. First time I used it I poured it into some scrambled eggs, as I would tobasco - big mistake, especially as I was vain enough not to admit it was too hot and continued to eat them all anyway. Literally caused a blister in my mouth! But afer I got used to my mouth burning away, with that much of it I could start to discern the taste - not bad at all. Nowdays I just use it for cooking, mostly frying rice or noodles, about a teaspoon in the bottom of the wok creates makes for noodles as hot as any of my friends or I can enjoy. - Drew

Your Review:: This is the hottest sauce I have tasted - in the sense that it still tastes like hot sauce. Behind the intense heat is still plenty of flavor. It will really open up your sinuses. The tasting spoon is very useful - it is very small - and a small amount is all you need of this bad boy. The best thing however, is the price - well well worth the money. - Kris

Your Review:: Be careful!!!!!!! The ever so slight delay is just enough time to put the third or fourth tiny amount in your mouth before it kicks in to give you a one way trip to hell.Very good flavor. (wonder what keeps it from burning thru the bottle?)

Your Review:: This stuff rocks! It's extremely hot, but won't send you to the hospital. The flavor is also amazing. I've had Da Bomb The Final Answer (TFA) and I definitely prefer this stuff. While TFA is hotter, the flavor here cannot be overstated. Also, it's not so hot that you can't spread a thin (I mean THIN) amount across a burrito or slice of pizza. What puts this sauce over the top is the price point. I bought a spare bottle for my father. Torturing him is gonna be a blast! - Just Joe

Your Review:: This sauce is over rated at 600,000 Scoville units, its more like 100,000. I like it very much, it is the best tasting hot sauce I have ever had and it does have a lot of flavor. Just don’t be stupid, when you first try it do it with a tooth pick and don’t waste it trying to impress your friend, you will only make enemies. If you really want something hot the mad dog revenge is 10 time hotter then this one and is rated at 1,000,000 Scoville units, one tiny tiny tiny and I do mean tiny drop will fire up a gallon of soup or stew. If Tabasco sauce just isn’t doing it for you definitely try the mad dog 357. I do not work for Ashley foods!
P.S. When handling this stuff be very careful of your eyes and genitals, consider wearing plastic gloves.

Your Review:: Heat level: At 600K scoville units, the heat in this sauce is enough to make even seasoned spice eaters swelter (I took a spoonful right out of the bottle and couldn't talk for 10 minutes). It's definitely much hotter than a Habanero.

Taste: Well, the sauce has a tolerable flavor, which for really hot sauces is a huge compliment. I find that most of the 1 Million+ scoville sauces taste like dirt at best. In sauces this hot, you don't really go for flavor anyway.

Price: At less than a 20 spot, this is a great deal. You get 5 oz. Compare that with the 1 million plus sauces. With those you get 1-2 oz for double (or more) the cost...and I don't find that I really need to use more of the Mad Dog even if it isn't quite as hot. If you wanna try a really hot sauce and don't want to shell out a lot, this is a good place to start.
