Your Review:: If you think Tabasco has a nice flavor, but maybe too much spice, you will probably love Cholula.

It's pretty much the opposite, and offers a much nicer flavor with a little less bite.

My gf does not even care much for spicy foods, and is at a loss to understand why I go after sauces and extracts of such high levels of heat, but she loves this stuff. Hell, I even love it too.

A very generous coating over a nice beefy, beany, cheesy burrito is the stuff dreams are made of. My opinion is that this THE sauce that anybody can enjoy, and it seems to work best for beef and eggs. You don't know how good an omelet can be until you have had one drenched in Cholula.
