Your Review:: i discovered this stuff about 10 years ag0 and started odering it by the 6 pack last year. IMHO it is the best combination of heat and flavor. Sure I mix in hotter sauces now and again, but gunslinger is my favorite - chuckflarhu

Your Review:: We've been ordering AZ Gunslinger since '97. This hot sauce adds heat but more importantly -- it adds FLAVOR. I love cooking with it because it doesn't overpower everything else. Probably the best sauce for wings you'll every try. - Good Cook

Try the Habanero Gunslinger, and I want to hear you call that "mild". Yeah... This stuff is so great -- the Habanero -- that we now use it as our regular hot sauce. Being from New Mexico, we know hot chili. - La Nena

Wow! I first tasted this sauce when I was working at The Turquoise Room/La Posada Hotel in Winslow, Arizona. It was the "house" hot sauce (instead of the traditional Tabasco). It knocked my socks off. Yes, it's a tad hot... but the flavor, I think, is phenomenal! I eat it with pretty much all of my meat dishes. AWFUL!!!!!! Anyone who's tasted battery acid will compare it to this sauce. As for the heat, it's barely as spicy as peperoncini. And that's mild. I highly dis-recommend this one. Trust me. - Name not provided

This sauce is delicious! Mixed with melted butter, it makes one of the best Buffalo Wing sauces I have ever tasted. I don't consider this a really hot sauce, but some would. BTW, I hate reading the macho-posers reviews where they call Capsaicin Extract "a notch above ketchup." WHAT BALONEY! I love extremely hot sauces, but real pepper flavor is more important to me. This sauce has the flavor! - Big!
