Your Review:: Not really hot. I opened it and didn't know I had to shake it up. About a 1/4 of the WATER dumped out of the bottle when I tried to pour it on my red beans and rice. I don't understand the high marks on this one. The flavor was decent, but the reviews are a little over the top. - serial277

A highly recommend, fresh-tasting product. Well balanced with heat, flavor, texture in a large bottle with a snazzy label. This is going on everything, addiction is likely and expected. This is one of the best tasting sauces I have ever had. It lacks in the "killer" heat department, but it's flavor makes up for it. If you want extra heat, just throw in a few dashes of some Pure Cap. - Yimmy
