This is an amazing sauce. It has a medium consistency/thickness with the pepper seeds and small chunks included. It is pretty hot but not at all overwhelming with a wonderful, natural flavor. A straight forward sauce that goes with almost anything that you like hot. This is probably MY FAVORITE PEPPER SAUCE to date. - Chris
