Your Review:: I have gladly paid the price---twice!---each time I open that bottle. Chicken cutlets get their own gravy...YEAH! The afterglow is worth all the pain. Buy it at different times of year...it sports three different colors. Wonderful stuff. - MHmidhudson Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot

Your Review:: I've been using hot sauces for years, having gotten into spicy foods after living in southern California and then Texas. Mexican, Tex-Mex, Thai, Indian curries---you name it, I've indulged in it. This Doc's Special Jamaican Hell Fire is the best hot sauce I've ever had! I just discovered it, and am so crazy about it, I've just got to order a case load or something, over the internet! It's not only very hot and spicy, but also, unlike other products, very tasty. It isn't just hot and peppery, like other products, but rather, has a Carribbean zest about it. I really love it. - Dave Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
I have been ordering this sauce for nearly 8 years. They say it "comes in colors" and indeed it does...sometimes orangey, sometimes red-brown. It is one of the best sauces for use with mildly-flavored beef, like filet mignon...also great with chicken cutlets. Keep plenty of milk handy, and be careful sitting down the next day! - Mark in NY Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: TOO HOT!

Much better than El Yucateco XXX Mayan hot sauce. Very hot for most people. Straight forward, uncomplex flavor. - irock Taste Opinion: Good; Heat Opinion: Hot
An excellent hot sauce for use on anything! From nachos to chili to asian dishes and more. Pretty hot with a great tropical taste. Definitely one of the finer grocer available sauces. - Name not provided Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
Great pimento smell and flavor. My 9 year old son & I like it "straight" on tortilla chips. A better tasting off-the-shelf sauce from regular grocers. - Michael Dean Mefferd Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: Medium
The best there is - Don Trozzi Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
This sauce has a great tropical spice flavor probably due to the inclusion of allspice. It is good for low salt diets, as it hides the lack of added salt. And, it can be used liberally because it isn't too hot. I like it, but add some DRCHILIE's select red habanero slices for extra heat to the pot. - drchilie.com Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
Doc's Special is the only level 8 sauce I've found in the local grocery stores. It's way hotter than the other Jamaica Hell Fire versions. I like the taste better than Scorned Woman. One teaspoon in a bowl of chili or on a plate of chinese will be about right. - Thom H. Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: Hot
The Doc's Special is a slightly hotter variation on the original Jamaica Hell Fire. It has a thick, ketchup-like texture and a glowing green color. Nothing too special but a solid go to sauce for nacho chip enhancement. - Oakland Pete Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: Hot
