Your Review:: I really like this hot sauce. It's quite hot, but not too hot, and it has excellent flavor. Probably one of the top 3 hot sauces I've ever had. - Taylor Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Your Review:: Awesome sweet and savory heat. The Scotch Bonnets really shine in Lotties. I go to a local joint called Roosters Barn and Grill (awesome fire roasted food). They have a giant over-sized hutch that displays several hundred hot sauces from around the world. It's great because you can sample all of them. I'll tell you what; Lotties is among the top 3 in my book. Great stuff. Awesome initial flavor followed by a nice slow burn. Goes great with a 1/2 chicken or some fish and chips. - T-Bone Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot

Your Review:: A like a sauce that emphasizes flavor over heat (although I like it hot!)...this is my all-time favorite...fantastic flavor and enough heat to make you sweat if you overdo it. Try the Lottie's Red if you like it even hotter. - Saucy Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Your Review:: This is a good one. I don't have a sweet tooth & prefer mustard, vinegar or garlic based hot sauces. This one has a ton of flavor, heavy on the mustard & has some vinegar flavor, as well. I love a hot sauce that sneaks up on you with the heat-you have a bite & notice the flavor, but the heat doesn't grab you right away. I had this one on a turkey sub; didn't really notice the heat at the beginning, but the afterburn, by the end of the sandwich, was perfect. Definitely a keeper. I guess I would rate it as being between Medium & Hot; depends on how heavy-handed you are with the sauce...Question: this one says to refrigerate after opening...how many people actually do that? I have to admit that I often ignore this direction/suggestion on hot sauce bottles & it hasn't killed me, yet. - doctorwu51 Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Your Review:: I love Hot sauces at all heat levels. This one is by far my favorite. It goes well with everything thing from eggs to burgers. It's not too hot but has a respectable kick. If you are looking for something with a little more kick, try Colon Cleaner. - Chile Head Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
I took this to the pub for everyone to try, and they LOVED it. Hence, I'm ordering more - some to share, and some for ME AND ME ALONE!This is an excellent, tasty sauce and I recommend it highly! Thanks for recommending it to me Mary! - Bill Brewer Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
I'm not a hardend devotee of the scorchers- too hot for me is just too hot. However, this product gives an amazing boost to almost anything liquid if used in moderation, without overpowering it's host. Chili, soups, marinades, sauces - almost anything that can benefit from some pizazz. And you don't have to be a heat freak to enjoy it's addition. - The Voice of Doom Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot

Truly a flavorful sauce. I have loved Barbados style hot sauce since my friend, guitar wizard John Sprung gave me a bottle 15 years ago. The "8" is a fair rating, there are hotter sauces, but none to make salmon, eggs, or whatever take on a new dimension. I add some to a soy based mayonaisse for a little milder sauce on fresh tuna steaks. - Fellow Traveler Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
I love it!! It is real hot, so you have to have a like for true hot sauce. It only takes a little, but it is absolutely delicious on fried fish, chicken, etc. - Name not provided Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Then on to my first "mustard" based hot sauce ever. Lottie's Traditional Barbados Recipe Hot Pepper Sauce. A disappointment here. But just something new to try. It was HOT!!! That's fine with me too. Scotch Bonnets are my fave pepper. "Jamaica's Best" Scotch Bonnet Sauce is my all time fave... but Lottie's just tastes like HOT mustard.... and it SHOULD be, with scotch bonnets in it! Maybe I will acquire a taste for mustard (Caribbean) style hot sauces. - Okie Les Taste Opinion: Disappointing; Heat Opinion: Hot
