Your Review:: This is my favorite hot sauce not only for the heat, which you get used to in time and find yourself adding more and more, but for it's fantastic flavor. Most hot sauces sacrifice flavor for heat but Matouk's Calypso sauce strikes the perfect balance.

Your Review:: This stuff is hands down my favorite sauce. The waitress suggested it when I was in New Orleans at Margaritaville. Never heard of it before, but it's great since it's not vinegarry at all, but has a heat to it that's real smooth. Spent the next day searching the Quarter until I found it at the 20th or so shop. Your Review:: This stuff is mighty fine sauce! The taste is really good, just enough heat to get things going, and goes on just about everything. Especially good on breakfast omelettes and skillets.
