Your Review:: This sauce is pretty hot but no where near what the bottle claims. I was also extremly dissapointed with the taste. the taste was repulsive wont buy this sauce again. Maybe I got an old bottle or somthing - Name not provided

Your Review:: Very good sauce, tastes much better than Dave's original insanity but not quite as hot. Our bottle is shared and kept at work so we have limited things to use it with. My favorite foods, so far, to mix total insanity with are mashed potatoes, chef boy-ar-de and mac & cheese. Two globs is perfect. I'd like to get to a point where I dot this all over pizza but right now I'll stick to my El Yucateco green/red. - Fan of Hotsauceblog

Your Review:: Pretty decent sauce. Has a good lime and garlic flavor with just enough heat (tastes better then the original Insanity IMO)

The heat isn't as lip searing as other sauces i've had... but enough of this sauce and you might be suckin air (probably won't go chargin' towards the milk though) - Steven in CO

This is one of my all time favorites.

Dave's Total Insanity is almost as hot as his original 'Insanity' sauce, but with a garlic and lime flavor.

Great with any oriental or southwestern dish. I find it especially good on spring rolls. You can still use this as a dipping sauce, but go sparingly...a little goes a long, long way. - Generic

I bought this hot sauce after reading the reviews.
In my opinion, the heat level is good (it won't cause blisters to form on your tongue or downtown)
However, if there's garlick and lime in there somewhere, I didn't notice it.

I like HOT food and this stuff is it! I can't cook with it though, my family can't handle it. But just a drop in a bowl of say, clam chowder, or stew, or of course chili and the fire dept. will be on call. - Kris

This tastes just like A-1 sauce with a kick! Great alternative to steak sauce Great garlic and lemon flavor!

It is not as hot as the orignial insanity sauce, but it it has good flavor to it. I can dip my food right into it without any problem though. I think it is almost as spicy as putting chopped habarano peppers.

If you are hot sauce lover, you sould try this at least once. Ignore the worning "use one drop at a time" that is for non-experienced people. :)
