Inner Beauty Real Hot Hot Sauce: This is a very tasteful sauce. It has a good, tangy flavor. But watch out, the heat is coming. I'm used to eating hot green chilis as well as jalapenos, but let me tell you, this sauce sneaks up on you with real heat. But the flavor is well worth it. I just tried this yesterday and I must say that while the flavor is good it just was not hot. I can't see this as an 8 but more like a 5 maybe.
That said this is a nice sauce that goes great with pork. - Dang

I love this stuff. I used to pick up several bottles every time I went to New Orleans, but now they don't sell it there anymore. All they sell is that crazy as&#@d insanity stuff. Call me crazy, but I hate the bitter taste of the habanero. This sauce is hot, but enhances the taste of anything you care to put it on. Buy it when you can! - BC Mac

Interestin twist because it is mustard based. Excellent. Regular Inner Beauty Hot Sauce is mild if this is too hot for beginners, but it is super on anything you used to put any other kind of mustard on. - irock

A great sauce to put on almost anything. A restaurant in North Attleborough MA called the Gourmet Penguin has it on the table. It is perfect with any kind of eggs, meat or potato. - Bob C.

I first tried this at Rockland's in Washington, DC(don't know if they're still there -- they do a great brisket) this sauce is absolutely *divine* because it's a little sweet as well as spicy...goes great with veggies as well as meats(I love it on corn pudding and with mashed potatoes!)My absoute favorite hot sauce! - Will
