truly one of the best breakfast sauce on the planet!!!....try it on chili verde over polenta to cure a hangover... In reference to the quote below of "...uses scotch bonnets not whimpy habaneros...." please note: According to Seminis Vegetable, the dried Caribbean Red Habanero chile was tested at 445,600 Scoville Units which would make it twice as hot as an orange habanero and slightly less than the world record holding Red Savina Habanero (577,000)....that is somewhere between 98 octane petrol and tri nitro toluene.... - Name not provided

A friend of mine, also an hot sauce fiend, holds this sauce as his favorite, despite the lack of heat. This sauce is a spectacular condiment for meats, especially pork or pot-roast. However, you could chug the whole bottle and wash it down with piping-hot ginger ale, not flinching once. I haven't tried the "Real Hot" version, perhaps it is hotter - DeadtoHeat

This used to be the best hot sauce on the planet for scrambled eggs--slightly fruity, but not too sweet, and not so hot you can't taste anything--until the manufacturers dropped acid or something and completely changed the recipe, while still calling it their "original" sauce--even though it now tastes nothing like the original sauce did. It's much hotter, and all you can taste is too much mustard, which completely ovewhelms the tangy, fruity taste it had before, when it was a red sauce that contained no mustard at all. Now it's suddenly yellow--go figure! - all 3 Thompsons, NJ, USA

This sauce is hot OK, but it is not Inner Beauty's hottest. That one is called Inner Beauty Real Hot Sauce and has a similar label, but with a different cartoon face.

Both have an intriguing flavor and provide the basis for my famous "Wings of Terror" baste. However, the "Real" Hot Sauce is significantly hotter.

One of my favorites. Designed with flavors very complimentary to pork, seafood, and chicken. Excellent blend of flavors including mango, mustard, brown sugar, garam masala, vinegar, chili powder, and Scotch Bonnet peppers. In fact, I make my own using exactly those ingredients. - Straightnochaser

Sorry, Firegirl, but Inner Beauty uses Scotch Bonnet Peppers no wimpy Habaņeros here! The Inner Beauty taste has that zingy taste of the Islands, mon! Great on grilled pork chops or chicken. I apply it as a baste during the last few minutes or use out of the bottle as a dipping sauce for pork or chicken fresh of the Barbee 8-) - Doug in Raleigh
