*Habanero sauces usually just don't taste very good. This, however, is great. I love the fresh, tangy, even somewhat piquant habanero taste. Great on chicken, rice dishes, eggs, toast and who knows what else. Way hotter than the original Asbirin, which is wimpy IMO. I have also reviewed Huy Fong Sriracha and Dave's Insanity. In fact, I love it enough that I have comsumed almost the whole bottle in only about a month. And it's no 5 oz. "woozy" bottle like most hot sauces; it's a 9 oz. flask "aspirin bottle"! It's hot for most; don't use more than a teaspoon or so at a time or you may regret it. Still, it's milder IM0 than El Yucateco Red. Taste-wise, it's tastier than El Yucateco Red and maybe even better than the original Melinda's. This sauce is one of my favorites, so I suggest you try it. Long live hot sauces! - A Beginning Chilehead
