Your Review:: I have been tasting sauces a while now and by far this is hands down the best tasting sweetest sauce you can find!! The heat and the fruit flavor is so great, OMG I love it.. Pain 100% or Batch 37 Garlic don't even come close to this! I am eating tacos right now and I am amazed. This buries Blair's Sweet Death sauce by a super amount. Crazy Jerry's Brain Damage uses Mandarin as the main ingredient and this is better than that.. This is really really something you have to try.... - Nick P (Manorville) Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Your Review:: this stuff is GREAT!...its got such a great 'jerk sauce' flavor, and enough heat to make you grab for the fire extinguisher when you sit on the toilet - Ray D. in Indianapolis Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Your Review:: Wow i just got this today and it is a heavenly flavored sauce, the heat could have more of a punch though. - daniel Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot

Your Review:: Tasty stuff. It's hot, but has lots of great undertones of tropical fruit. Worth the price. - Rob Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Your Review:: Hooooooo.... eee!Fantastic sweet/jerk flavor, no vinegar and just enough pang to squeeze the sweat from my brow... great on a huge burrito at high altitude!! This sauce brings some funk and leaves ya ready for da islands, brudda. - Fire Breathing Chile Newbie Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Ya can't beat this for taste, I'm starting to grow peppers and you can bei I will be trying to make this myself. Absoutley the best hot sauce I have ever had. - nŘzqh Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Great flavor. I like to dip pretzels or chips in it. It's very thick, not great for mixing in stuff. The heat is good when eating it on its own, but definitely not a 9! - Kate Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
Unless I'm more advanced in heat-tolerance than I give myself credit for, I wouldn't grade this 9 on the heat scale. It's on par with Lottie's True Bajan - let's say an 8. The flavor is excellent - thick and smoky; You could put it almost anything. Great bottle, too. - Eric Krupin Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
This one is damn near perfect. Combining a yummy Jamacian-sauce flavor with a level of heat just one micron over what I consider pleasant, it pushes the envelope--but in a good way! - Jeff Sommer Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Cook up some wings/drumettes and drag 'em through this stuff and enjoy...and when I say "drag", I mean sop it good; to those not familiar with the word "sop" (as a Georgia boy living in New England I know you're out there) I mean you should coat it like you were gettin' as much on as you can...like y'all drag lobster through butter. - MB Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot

Good stuff. Hot but dosen't linger too long. its thick, Don't use too much it has a bite. You csn find this at super Target! - Iowa Guy Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: Hot
I use it on eggs. Not a bad taste, not much fire. - Jeff Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: Medium
Although my experience with this sauce is limited to the buffalo burger meal I just had it with, I must say that it has fantastic flavor! Unless I got a weak batch, it's more like a 6 on the scale. Still, it's easily worth the highest price you'll find it for. Get it now! - Krazy K Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
I first found this sauce seated in with a medley of others at a local Cajun restaurant. It’s the type of place that has tons of sauces on the walls and plenty on the table for you to choose from. I immediately recognized the bottle. “Hey, that’s PAIN over there. Pass it down and taste if you dare!” I was so surprised to see that it was a type that I had never tasted before. Longing for the “true” flavor of Jamaica that we found while on the island, myself and a close friend have been searching for a sauce proud enough to bear that label. We honestly do know our Jamaican Sauces. When you’re on the Island all alone and you’re going into places to eat that can only fit you and a hand full of others you better believe that the Jerk Sauce is going to be authentic. Just don’t act like too much of an American Tourist and take whatever is passed to you with a cheery “Irie Mon” reply and you’ll fit in just good enough. This Sauce Is It! Let’s face it; some of these places aren’t exactly up to US health standards so you’ve got to cut the smell of the other patrons and local weed with nothing more than good food, good rum, and good sauce. It is quite an amazing sauce and quite frankly, my personal all-time favorite. You can taste the complexity of the flavors while enjoying the tingling and burning sensations of a true Jamaican Sauce. I highly recommend it to be used on or with: Poultry, Beef, Pork, Turkey, Buffalo, Pizza, Black Eyed Peas, Meaty Soups, & Bread Keep in mind that while this truly tasty Jamaican Sauce doesn’t blow the roof off of the Scoville Rating it will hurt you. Please use only in moderation for best enjoyment. - Robert / w00t@brkaleg.com Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Has flakes of what appear to be dried habanero peppers, with a texture like the dried red pepper in pizza joints. It's hot, fairly tasty, with a strong tomato flavor. It's mild enough to eat on chips and even eat straight. - No name Taste Opinion: Good; Heat Opinion: Hot
Excellent flavor without have to drink ice water after every bite. Great for burgers. Nice bottle! - FrostyMedic Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
Just (not 5 minutes ago) had about 2 tablespoons on a couple of spring rolls. This sauce goes well with just about everything and is excellent with coctail shrimp. Somewhat moderate, I'd have called it a 7 or 8 myself, but this is an excellent sauce with fruity overtones and excellent habanero flavor. - Krakatoa Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
Excellent combination of sweet and not-to-hot. Use on everything and everday. - Brad Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: Medium
Not an expert by any means but this is one of my favorites. Hot, sweet, and distinctive, a little goes a long way. - Jeff Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Hot
I put a bunch of this on a sandwich, thinking it was a wimpy pepper sauce. I was wrong, it was so hot I had to throw the sandwich out. I sucumbed to the voodoo. - eD Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: TOO HOT!
perfect sauce, good heat with perfect flavor. - Name not provided Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
Best I've had without going to the islands. - Legman Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Mild
I like this hot sauce in general. the flavor is great.. it lends itself well to island foods and buffalo wings. good on steak and chicken too. This is one of my daily use sauces. worth having on hand.. - Chilihead in Washington DC Taste Opinion: HEAVENLY!; Heat Opinion: Medium
The sauce has a nice heat to it, but what really makes it unique is a smokey-sweet undertone. Definetly worth a try. - Ed Taste Opinion: Quite good; Heat Opinion: Hot
