Your Review:: just tried it for first time on a 4 lb porkloin; not bad but heat needs to be increased though... flavour was nice...have some scotch bonnets ripening in garden...I'll just grind some fresh & add to rest of sauce...should be fantastic then...mmmmmmmmmmm the heat is everything...good for the heart also - raybird from NJ
