I use it on my smoked ribs to give them that zing. baste it on about 30 min before they are ready to serve. It has sticking power enough to please the hot lovers and won't kill the panzees. I warm up a cupfull for rib dunking. I like the ass kickin line of products. - RANGER CHUCK
